Hello EHS Family,

We are pleased to tell you that East High School will be continuing our practice of scheduling parent teacher conferences online during the 2011-2012 school year. This system allows you to sign up for conferences when it best fits your schedule and view your schedule easily online.

Conference sign-up begins February 27th, 2012at 12:00 A.M.   Before February 27th, you may sign in to the system, but will not be able to book a conference.  Conference sign up ends on March 12 at 3pm. Click the image to the right to go to our online Parent Teacher Conference system.

Parent/Teacher conference dates and times for East High School are:

  • March 6, 3:15pm to 6:45pm
  • March 8, 11:30am to 3:15pm
  • March 12, 3:15pm to 6:45pm

If you do not have access to a computer (home, work, or the public library) or if you experience any problems while signing up, please contact our main office at 448-2090 or student services at 448-2092 for assistance.

One of my student's teachers is not showing up for scheduling. Why?
It is possible that your child had a schedule change that was not updated in our Parent Teacher Conference Scheduling System in time for conferences. Contact our student services office at 448-2092 to have the teacher added to your list.
My Email doesn't work for logging in.
  1. If your email address doesn't work, first try your spouse's email address.
  2. If step 1 does not work click on the “Register my email address and password” option in the navigation panel to the left.  In the screen that comes up enter your first and last name and click the button to register your email address.  If you do not have an email address on file you will be taken to a screen to enter your current email address. After doing this you should be able to log in as usual.
  3. If step 1 and 2 have not solved your login issue, please email Scott Christy at spchristy@gbaps.org for assistance. Include the name of your student(s), your name, phone number and the email address you would like to use in our online PT Conference system.
How do I change my password?
After you login click on the My Home Page link in the navigation menu on the left side of the page. Then click on Change Profile. In the screen that comes up you can enter your new password in the password box. Click the button at the bottom of the screen to update your profile and you're done.
How do I print my schedule?
Click on the GBEHS Conferences link in the navigation panel on the left side of the page. Then select the Our conferences link.
How will I know what room my child's teachers are in?
Room numbers should appear in the printable copy of your PT Conference Schedule. Be aware that many teachers share rooms during the teaching day so it is possible that your conference may take place in a room other than the one where your student has class.
I have children who go to other schools in the Green Bay Public School District, can I schedule them online too?
Not yet. At this time this online scheduling system is only for students attending East High School and Aldo Leopold K-8 school. It is expected that all high schools and middle schools will likely implement online scheduling for the spring PT conferences.
